Entrevista
The interview had 3 rounds: technical, managerial, and HR. It was overall easy. The technical round covered Java, Spring, basic programming puzzles, and one SQL window function — minimal coding. The managerial round focused mostly on my previous project and a coding question, with no real behavioral assessment. The interviewer didn’t seem technically strong.
The HR round was disappointing. I requested 10 days to join and a formal offer letter to review the employment terms. They refused, insisting I join first and would receive documents later. All communication was over calls — no written confirmation. When I raised concerns, HR got defensive, claiming they’re a reputed company. It’s unprofessional to expect someone to join without seeing an official offer or contract.
Please be cautious — they seem to take advantage of candidates who are in urgent need of a job.

Interview was went well. Process was good. coding environment was easy to code. Interviewer asked about the scenario based questions. conversation was nice. looking for the candidate to be strong from scratch of the project.
Got invite from naukari. attended interview L1 discussion for .Net developer position. Interview was very easy.
common questions. but still not shortlisted. My Suggestion to Citustech that please don't waste candidates time.
L2 Round and HR round it tools around 2 weeks after following up many times got offer with good hike L2 interview automated java and selenium oops concept and API testing mostly asked Selenium questions
