Extensive. In-person interview (now i'm sure it would be via zoom or the like) took over 3 hours. Definitely gives you a good feel for the management at the company.

There were four rounds of interview Telephone interview with HR Telephone interview with two Managers CIDS interview The best part is you don't get to know if you are selected or not.
