Two interviews were conducted. The first was a phone interview followed by a second in depth interview that included two to three people. There is usually a lag time between the second interview and when a decision is made on the position.

During each stage of the interview process, the requirements of the position were described and I was asked to describe my applicable knowledge, skills, and abilities. In each stages of the interview, I was offered the candid impressions of the interviewer, and afterward, asked whether I felt I would be a fit. Excellent give-and-take allowed me to make a career move vs. merely a job change.
