All you need to do is go into the typically group interview and say your name and a fun fact about yourself, say things about what customer service means to you and how you would deal with certain things and then you go around and pick an outfit out of clothing from the store and say where you would wear this outfit to. For example; corset and skirt for festival, etc.

First and only interview process was a group interview (after having completed an online application). During the interview we shared information about ourselves, and we were also asked to get into groups of two and pick two items of clothing to sell to the group.
