I applied online and interviewed at City Beach Western Australia. I received an interview invitation about 2 days after I applied, and was given a 3 day notice of it. The email had an availability sheet attached, and candidates had to print it off and fill it out then bring it to the interview. When I got there, there was about 8 other girls aged 14-17. We were asked to fill out a sheet of questions (i.e why do you want to work here? what would you do if ____). The manager would take questions from that paper and pick people to answer it, but when she asked about experience anyone could answer it. The interview was pretty easy and straightforward, manager made everyone feel comfortable and overall good process. We were in the storeroom though and it was quite small for the number of people in there, but thats the only con. I received my offer the next day and had to give my working rights, then I got my contract and onboarding documents the following business day.
