Group interview, about 9 people. They went around the table asking each person a different question. They asked questions about previous experience, what you are passionate about, what your favorite book is, etc. It was a casual environment. They had dressed more casual than I expected. They had provided small water bottles. There were three managers there from City Cosmetics, and three people from the recruiting agency they went through. Pretty easy.
