First interview was a phone call with an HR supervisor. The second was a video interview with two individuals from the marketing department. Sasha, the HR representative, was great throughout the entire process. She was communicative and transparent. Although it became clear during the second interview that I wasn't a great fit for the role (based on my experience and skills), it was still a very positive experience!
