7 rounds of talking to employees. Included a case study. Final round with the MD. I respect not getting an offer but I received no feedback after it was promised over and over during the process.

The process was bizarre, with recruiters asking for my schedule and then proceeding to schedule outside my availability and cancelling interviews. When I finally interviewed with different team members, they all asked the exact same questions time and again and the experience felt more like a polygraph than an interview or professional conversation.
