The interview process was fairly simple, walked in and filled out an application during the slower lunch period of the day, and was seen first by the then assistant manager, Ryan. He was super friendly and just wanted to see if I was friendly and able to interact well with customers, then I talked to Pearson, the then GM who was also friendly and wanted to gauge my understanding of the importance of delivering quality customer service and working as a team

Straightforward. Asked about previous experience and what I was looking for. Discussed bringing me on as both a server and a bartender. Asked about what hours I was interested in working.
