Entrevista
Initial screening call with VP of Sales. I replied to an email invitation to have phone call but did not hear back after a few days so I followed up with a second email response to get confirmation and call scheduled (I have had this lack of response after receiving an invitation before with a prior job. I made a rule to never pursue a potential employer who invites me and then ghosts me or stands me up but I went ahead with this one anyway). The conversation was mostly me giving my background which was sorely overqualified for the role. There are 2 assessments that are emailed to get to the next step on a fact to face interview. Mundane time wasting personality test and a basic IQ type of test. I knew I didnt want to work for a company that still relies on this dumb stuff so it was no loss to be eliminated by it.

3 step process. Phone interview, and 2 in person interviews. Typical interview with a panel at the end of the process. Ghosted. Told me they would get back with days and still haven’t heard back. Shows a lot about what they’re about.

Had an initial phone interview, was told that info would be passed on to managers who would follow up. Then only received a generic email a day later stating they found another.
