I am about to have my third interview and all have gone well. The first was about 15 minutes on the phone with the recruiter. She was very friendly and helpful. She was able to give me a few insights into the company and the position itself. The second interview was with 2 members of the IT team including another IT specialist and Travis Sill the department manager. Both of these guys were great and Travis clearly has a vision for the IT department. Normally a developer would be in that interview as well but he was on vacation at the time. I will have another interview with him next week. My understanding is that, if all goes well, there will be one more interview after this.
