Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela City Year (Cleveland, OH) em set. de 2012
Entrevista
First, you fill out an online application. It has basic information then two short essays, one asking about a social issue and one asking about your interest in City Year. You also have to list 3 references. It was fairly straightforward and simple. You can log in and out and save your information. But the strange thing about it is that once you pick a location (and this is on the first or second page) you have to contact the headquarters to change it even if you haven't submitted the application. Then you have one phone interview that is about a half hour long then, if you advance, you have another that is about an hour long.

I interviewed a few months ago so I don't remember exact questions. But just try to know as much as possible about the organization before you apply because the questions in some way test your knowledge. I do recall one of the first questions being "What do you know about City Year?"
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa City Year (New York, NY).

Very simple. Quick virtual interview and pretty simple questions. Research their values and what not and you should be good to go. As far as I remember it was a single interview and decision is relatively soon after that.
Really friendly and welcoming. Try to make it as comfortable as possible and share about the work they do. They want to ensure applicants are making the right decisions and that they assess the values.

Done over zoom and not an overly long process interviews are usually conducted by the IM for a school in the city you are applying for but if you have a pulse you should be fine
