The phone interview lasted around 30 minutes. My interviewer was kind and patient. Also, they are current Program Managers, which means they might be your future boss. When I asked for clarifications, they were more than happy to clarify.

I filled out the online application then I got an email, scheduling a phone interview. It lasted for almost an hour I want to say. Then I heard back within a week that I got the job. I didn't meet anyone in person until registration day, which is when they collect your identification pretty much.

Entrevista
Easy questions and an easy process. They are trying to figure out if you have a growth mindset, are empathetic, and can take feedback. You don't need experience with kids to get accepted they are looking for someone who is teachable.
