The interview process involved a phone screen, a performance task, and two in-person interviews (one with folks that would be colleagues and the other with folks that would be my supervisor and direct report). For the second in-person interview, I had to walk through my performance task as if I was presenting the work to staff.

I had a phone screen that lasted about 30 minutes. My interviewer read out a handful of pre-determined questions and then gave me an opportunity to ask my own questions toward the end. It was straightforward overall but some of the questions required a bit of extra thought.
