Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela City Year (Philadelphia, PA) em nov. de 2015
Entrevista
I had to answer 4 short essay questions for the online application. They got back to me soon after the deadline to set up an interview. I had an in person interview because I live in the area and it was about 45 minutes (depends on how lengthy your answers are). I prepared a fair amount by looking at the interview reviews on this website, looking at their website, etc. The woman who interviewed me was really nice, but like most reviews on here say, there was not much back and forth or replying to my answers. She typed out my answers and gave me time to answer questions that I wasn't expecting. Overall positive experience.

Very simple. Quick virtual interview and pretty simple questions. Research their values and what not and you should be good to go. As far as I remember it was a single interview and decision is relatively soon after that.
Really friendly and welcoming. Try to make it as comfortable as possible and share about the work they do. They want to ensure applicants are making the right decisions and that they assess the values.

Done over zoom and not an overly long process interviews are usually conducted by the IM for a school in the city you are applying for but if you have a pulse you should be fine
