The first step was a telephone interview followed by an in-person interview. Interview scheduling was arranged through e-mail. Once scheduling was determined, interview instructions and directions were e-mailed to me. The instructions/expectations for the interview were very helpful and clear. The interview panel consisted of 3 people and 60 minutes in length. I was provided a copy of the interview questions during the interview and was allowed time to ask questions at the end.
