This position will be responsible for managing projects with many organizations and different funding sources. Please share your experience in managing projects and contracts, including any tools or systems you used to manage a variety of different projects at the same time. Also, share the sources of funding for any contracts that you have managed.
Describe an experience where you had to persuade or influence someone or a group to do something they initially did not want to do. How did you establish your credibility? How do you determine the right approach for the situation?
