A recruiter reached out to me for a 30 minute phone screen. The interviewer was late for our appointment - No worries there though.
Interviewer didn't seem at all prepared - I had several prepared in advance and thoughtful questions that were unanswered. It appeared that my interviewer was not listening to me - but distracted. I gave an overview of my background/experience and when I was done, was asked about the same thing I had just explained.
There was also no follow-up from the company and when I reached out for feedback and hiring manager level of interest, I was essentially ghosted. Ghosting is unprofessional and companies shouldn't tolerate it from their employees.
