I had one interview roughly two weeks after I applied with two area managers, then a second peer interview with nurses on the team, very to the point but detailed interview

Had a phone interview with the hiring manager to answer a few screening questions that discussed the position more in depth and if I would be able to meet those requirements/discussed salary. I was then asked for a virtual interview a few days later with the same woman, who asked one or two more generic interview questions. I then was scheduled for a third interview with the manager who oversaw the department I was applying for, it went really well and I was offered the position verbally, was told to wait a few days to hear from HR about my formal offer. I waited a week, nothing - sent 2 or 3 follow up emails with no response. Totally wasted my time for roughly a month and a half.
