Applied via the CivicSolar website after seeing the position on a job board, received an email for a screening Google Hangouts interview with a VP. After passing that interview which involved a couple of technical questions, background, and goals, there was a series of 4 Google Hangouts and in-person interviews with department heads at the various offices. The persons involved kept me notified throughout the two week process of interviewing and hiring, with updates every 2-3 days or less. Very easy process.
