Application online; sift process; written numerical test & interview. The interviewers were cold and unfriendly. They did not create a welcoming environment and this immediately put me on edge. They try to pinpoint your weakness and gain a thrill out of this instead of bringing the best out of you. A very disappointing interview to be honest. In addition to this, two panelists laughed at one of my answers. I made a complaint and heard back from only one interviewer to apologise. I wouldn’t particularly recommend GES based on my experience unless you would fit into this environment. That’s why I have now accepted an internship offer from a company with a much friendlier culture. Also, be prepared not to receive your travel expenses for a long while!
