Hiring takes forever. Applications require behaviour examples (usually four, answered using STAR format) interview was fine with friendly panel. Job offered 2 weeks after interview but screening and HR process took 5 months.

Typical online process then I got an email asking me to select a time to have a panel interview with 3 people. It was all online. Interviewers were extremely awkward and booking it in was a bit tedious.

Entrevista
Very formulaic and quite hard to get your head around if your are not used to this type of interview. A lot of 'behaviours' are assessed rather than the area of policy that you would be undertaking.

Did not make it to interview but the overall selection process was tough and challenging. Writing the cover letter alone was quite difficult and needed a tailored approach. All in all applying for a role within this body requires a bit of planning and thinking ahead.
