Within a week of submitting my application, I received an email to schedule a 15-minute phone interview that involved a mix of technical and non-technical questions. While I felt that the call went fairly well and was told that I would hear back within a couple of weeks, I did not receive a response until four months later, even after I had tried following up with them a month after the phone interview. Because my initial interactions with them had been so positive (they had seemed rather on top of things regarding scheduling the interview and responding to my emails), I was disappointed by how they had handled the end of my interview process.
