Required a one hour long pre-assessment before interviews that included equations and camera use. Was told by interviewer that this wasn't an entry position but pay ($18-20 which is lower than market standard) and experience (only High school diploma/GED) needed is entry level for insurance industry. Interviewer stated lengthy testing is an industry standard which I can attest it isn't. Was offered position but declined due to lower than industry pay with little opportunity for career or financial growth.
