You get invited twice to the interview 1. verbal 2. technical in front of a PC. 1 hour + 2 hours.
During the technical coding exam on PC they spy on you to see how you progress.
(* So guess what will happen when you get the job *)
If they reject you, it is good :-) you won.
This place is a waste of time.
