Honestly, the experience was pretty underwhelming. The guy in the final round didn’t seem interested at all - felt like he’d already made up his mind before the call even started. The feedback call lasted barely two minutes and added zero value. For a company that talks a lot about data and insight, the whole process felt lazy and disconnected.
