1 phone interview, 1 video interview. Recruiters were fairly laid back but OBSESSED w my prior work history. Almost every question was about previous roles, very few about me or what I personally brought to the table. The onboarding was atrocious and EXTENSIVE. Extremely thorough background check. Will want proof of all prior employment. Asked for Tax record which is strange request.

Initial phone , 2nd lead manager then 3rd with Senior Director. The recruiter was heavy on questions but wasn’t too bad and 2nd interview I loved them and was so warm welcoming and 3rd was more had me feeling like it prolonged to decide. 2 month process and waiting a month before recruiter informed they choose someone else.

Entrevista
It was a fairly laid back process in which you talked to the team lead manager in the call center. Gave you a basic description of the company and how the training process would proceed. Asked basic info about yourself. Most important asset to have is being punctual and making it to work on time. As well as producing the stats that are required on a weekly basis.
