Simple Interview process. The actual interview took about 5 minutes and I was asked 4 questions. However, beware of the process you need to go through in order to actually sub once you have been "hired". You have to complete numerous online training videos (on your own time), pay for your own background ($60) and obtain a sub license ($160).

Easy process, it took about 10-15 minutes. Only one interview before I got hired. You just wait for the interview person to call you back and you answer the questions and you’re done. The background check takes a while, took me about a month.
