The interview was pleasant and professional. My interview was online. The interviewer asked me six questions which I answered. She nodded and smiled and typed my answers. At the end of the interview, my interviewer asked if I had any questions. I asked her what was the most important thing she wanted substitute teachers to do. She answered that subsitute teachers MUST follow the lesson plans that were provided by the teachers and note in detail how every lesson went.
