After passing entrance exam in time pressure, a panel interview in which knowledge, skills, talent and characted is tested and evaluated through series of quiries. The most difficult part is the psychology interview in which a situation was given and it must be answered immediately in positive aspect. A scenario is also present that needs to be answered in very specific manner that will impact your applied position.
