i applied online and went in for an interview 3 days later. the manager was very nice and chill. The interview was easy, basic questions like how to deal with angry customers etc.it was a group interview about 6 people or so. There were 5 people that interviewed us. overall process was nice

Easy, short, relevant questions - interviewers were all friendly and genuinely wanted to help you answer questions to the best of your ability. Felt very at ease and relaxed at all times throughout.
Choose a shoe and then create a pitch to sell us this shoe. Explain why someone should buy the shoe that you have decided to choose and try to sell us.
Simple interview process with friendly staff, mainly asking about previous work experience and your skills. Some are set out in a group interview setting which can be nerve inducing but usually a good experience either way.
