Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Clarus Linen Systems.
Entrevista
The interview process was as unorganized and unprofessional as I have every experienced. HR phone screened me then set up two interviews for me. The first one I showed up at the Troy plant only to find out the hiring manager was not working that day. They apologized and rescheduled for following week. The following week about 1 hour before the interview HR called me and said the hiring manager was not working that day again. They told me they would would reschedule but I never heard from them again. I followed up with a call but it was never returned.

No one was there to interview me when I showed up for the interview
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Clarus Linen Systems (Buffalo, NY) em jun. de 2015
Entrevista
Haphazard and disorganized. The management team interviewed me simultaneously and asked disjointed questions where they stepped all over each others questions and responses. They had few questions which related to the position as it was evident that they did not possess and industry specific knowledge.

Would I prefer to have to deal with a fire or a flood at my plant
Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 5 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Clarus Linen Systems (Pittsburgh, PA) em nov. de 2012
Entrevista
Met with the operations manager in his office - people came in multiple times while I was interviewing. The place was busy and loud. I was primarily asked about my ability to use a computer and multi-task. I also needed to be good at customer service and have a car. They do a hair follicle drug test, which I've never seen anywhere else before. They tell you that a hair follicle drug test looks back up to a year but my technician said it's really more like 90 days to 6 months depending on how fast your hair grows. Clarus plants are always located in the worst parts of town.
