First, you have a phone call with the recruiter where you are asked basic interview questions. If you move on to the second interview, you are given a lesson plan and tasked with giving a demo lesson. The second interview starts with a 20 minute tour, then you teach your demo lesson to 2 teachers while an instructional coach watches. Afterwards, you will get feedback from the coach and be asked to reflect on what you could of done better. After this, they pass you on to the school director for a longer interview, but consisting of more basic questions and scenarios.

First step was a 30 min phone call. Interviewer was very informative and friendly. Second step was to prepare for a mock lesson plan and further behavioral questions. You can schedule a 15 min slot to ask questions about the mock lesson plan. It took me around 1-2 hours of prep to feel somewhat confident. The final two hour interview starts off with watching an overview of Classical and answering a some questions about the video. You then move onto the lesson plan where a coach will give you feedback after. I was then asked some more behavioral questions with a different interviewer. All in all, I met with four members of classical and all were very prompt, professional, and welcoming.
