First-round consists 20 minute phone interview with a recruiter. Second round is a tour of the grounds, teaching a lesson for 20min and then a debrief with instructional coaches, your recruiter and the director of the school.

Entrevista
I have applied online. I only got the first step, a 30-minute phone interview. I think I will not move to the next step because we only talked for about 15 minutes. I don't know if it is good, but I guess not.
