The entire process took about a week, and I was notified each step of the way of what to expect and when, which is a nice change from when you submit an application and get radio silence. There was a screening call with the recruiter to evaluate whether my skill set and experience would be a good fit for the position, then a 30 minute phone interview with the SEM Director a few days later. I was then invited to a 2 hour in-person interview at their office. During the final interview, I talked first with the Social Media Director, then the CEO, and finally the rest of the SEM team.
