Two phone screens. Two Senior Sales Managers video calls. And a mock exercise role play via video. And final round with C Level. After 5 rounds of interviews. A few check in calls. Emails. Getting time off of my current job. Hours of work. You’d think they’d call you to let you know what happened? I had to follow up and find out they didn’t select me. The process was slow. I work in nonprofit where we’ve taken our time with candidates. Classy make us look fast! (4-months) Also it’s becoming a running theme where they interview fundraising professionals and then just don’t select us. I’d rather just a no right away. Sales managers were great. I wish the recruiting team was a bit more organized. Wild

Overall, the interview process was really great. I am looking to transition my career from the nonprofit sector and into a sales role. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful in answering my questions, providing feedback on my resume, etc. Interviews were easy to schedule and they were willing to work around my current work. I first had a screening call with the Talent Recruitment Lead who communicated with me that they would pass me on to the next round. She asked questions around salary, why I was interested in the position, the basics. My next interview was a 30 minute phone interview with one of the Sales Managers. He asked me the basics, why am I interested in the position, why am I interested in the company, etc. A few days later, I received an email from the Talent Recruitment Lead that they wanted me to interview with three additional Sales Managers individually. They scheduled video interviews with each one separately and my interviews were spread out over a week. Each of these three interviews felt very conversational and all of the Sales Managers were personable. They answered a lot of my questions I had including questions about reviews from glassdoor. One of the Sales Managers actually told me that I had the personality of someone who would work there. Unfortunately, I was not offered the position, despite such a positive experience. I waited for a little over two weeks to hear that I wasn't moving on to the next round.
