Just one interview, in person, 3 senior employees sat in. Only semi-formal, a few pro-forma questions, but they seemed much more concerned about my experiences in a team environment and what kind of workplace culture I wanted to be a part of. I was pleasantly surprised when I asked hard questions about the company they answered honestly and didn't try to evade. After the interview, I was given a tour of the facility. I received a verbal offer by the end of the day. It took over a week for the written offer letter.
