The question is not proper, making candidates waste. going for an Android position, asking aptitude questions. Why do you need it? It would help if you asked the question on Android using java, kotlin

They always hire people through telephonic discussion only. There is no space for taking Face to Face discussion. Trough Telephonic discussion also they ask some basic question only. If they feel you are ok means, they will send the offer letter with in two days. After joining only you will know about the office environment.
