My candidacy process was very odd and something seemed off from the beginning. First I spoke with a recruiter from Lead Dog Recruiting, which is "external". Then I spoke with another third-party recruiter a day later from Engage2Excel Recruitment Solutions, though she also has a Clean Energy email address. Finally, after a week of radio silence, an interview was setup with who I presume would be my supervisor. The call went fantastic and they indicated a desire to move forward. Several days later, the original external recruiter told me I was out with zero feedback. Throughout the whole process I felt like I was being handled, and something was not on the level. Proceed with caution if you decided to engage with this organization.
