Simple easy interview, just general questions about availability and and experience. First you have a screening to tell you more about the job, then a quick interview for like 5 mins. Then few days later you get an email and fill out some forms and you start work. Overall the experience was quick and easy and literally anyone can get the job despite the level of experience or English is not great. Anyone at any age can get the job.
