Two interviews lasting 1 - 1.5 hrs each, with senior managers in different parts of the organisation. Generally very relaxed atmosphere. The second interview was a case study with a presentation response to a client briefing they had previously received. Lots of fit and behavioural questions - the standard ones like why Clear, why do you want to move, and going through previous projects and work done.
