Overall, very positive and organised experience. After applying, I heard back within 4-5 days, had a phone interview scheduled at my earliest convenience and had a in person scheduled for the following week. The first in person was great- I met my future manager as well as the CEO, and had a very casual and candid conversation while still feeling it was professional in every sense. Following that, a week later, I came in for a second interview where I met the entire CR team and had the opportunity to chat with them. It was great hearing their experiences and ultimately what made my decision to join CR so easy. I knew exactly what I was getting myself into, and the people (which always propel me) made the choice easy.
