The process was straightforward and professional. It began with an initial screening call with a recruiter, followed by a Teams interview with the hiring manager and a physical interview with the Director. The conversation was focused on my FP&A experience, financial modelling background, and how I approach business partnering. I was also asked to demonstrate commercial awareness and understanding of the business. The interviewers were engaging and gave me the opportunity to ask questions throughout. Overall a positive experience from start to finish.
