Entrevista
I had a multi-step interview process that included an initial HR screening, followed by interviews with the hiring manager. The process also included a customer case study/project where I had to review an account scenario, identify risks and opportunities, and explain how I would approach customer retention, onboarding, and strategic planning. The interviews focused heavily on customer relationship management, problem-solving, prioritization, cross-functional collaboration, and handling difficult client situations. Overall, the process felt organized, professional, and centered around real-world Customer Success challenges.

I had a wonderful experience interviewing for the Customer Success Manager role. From HR to the hiring manager and future teammate, every conversation felt authentic, thoughtful, and engaging. I found a lot of alignment in our values, and it was clear that the company fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Their product is very cool and I was especially impressed by how tech-forward the organization is, actively integrating AI into their daily workflows.
Although I ultimately accepted another offer that was too good to pass up and withdrew from the interview process, I came away with a great impression of this team and their mission. I’d highly encourage others to explore career opportunities here, and I truly hope our paths cross again in the future.

I contacted clearpoint regarding a TAM role and submitted my resume. I was forwarded an online assessment, which then I had been told I had passed, only to then be told that just before I had taken it, they had internally shifted to another, different online assessment. Ok, not a problem - I took the second assessment, after which I was invited to meet online via zoom. After 4 rounds (which included a 3rd 'final' round before they asked for one more) , I was told they were impressed but were ultimately taking a different direction, and then surprisingly posted 4 more requisites on their website for the same TAM role. All in all, that was 2 assessments, 4 interviews over 2-3 months only to be told they don't really know they want. I've sat through many interview processes both good and bad but these folks take the cake for most confusing waste of time I've had to politely entertain. Take my experience as a cautionary tale and don't take anything seriously with these folks.
