Very slow paced. Used teams. HR screen than hiring manager screen. Seems very old fashioned. Had to be chased for a follow up. Shouldn’t take weeks to see if you’ve made it past the 2nd stage. Mostly remote team.

Applied and received an email the next day that I was selected for an interview. I was asked to provide some times I had available. I had one interview via TEAMS and was not selected to move forward in the process.
