The interview process started with an initial HR screening call where they asked about my background, skills, and notice period. The second round was a technical interview focused on AWS services, Linux commands, and troubleshooting scenarios like EC2 connectivity and RDS performance. The third round was more scenario-based, where I was asked about handling high-priority incidents and monitoring using tools like AppDynamics and Dynatrace. Finally, there was a managerial round where they assessed communication, teamwork, and how I handle customer escalations. Overall, the process was structured and covered both technical and behavioral aspects.

It was a Good interview. I enjoyed it. People were nice. Questions were difficult. You have to be techno functional for giving answers. Interview process take time. It should be quick.
