Standard interview process with a first interview with a medium-level leetcode and then another tech interview with several dev who each ask leet code medium question and one OO design question followed by call with upper manager.
was told by recruiter that the feedback came positive within 1hr of finishing the interview with upper management but it seems they are low-balling/downgrading hardcode to justify not paying; even though I work for a direct competitor and have almost a decade of trading experience. I sadly never receive the actual number on offer they were planning as my recruiter dropped off(after they told me about the downgrade stuff/giving associate level pay)
They are basically trying to give Associate level position to experienced people in the field.
Don't waste your time interviewing there if you are experienced in the field. The people seemed pretty nice so it kind of suck it ended this way.

Entrevista
One of the more unprofessional interview experiences I've had. Interviewer was 10 minutes late, and seemed uninterested in providing feedback during the test other than saying "that's fine". The browser based compiler didn't work, and the interviewer wasn't able to figure out what was wrong. He seemed to fault me for not providing a fully working solution, but who could without a working compiler?

Entrevista
Started with the recruiter screening call. followed by the Tech screening call next week. Asked about past experinces, current roles etc. Not very deep in technical. Was informed later as not moving forward and no feedback on the reason etc. Wasted the time on preparing and felt very bad after the end of the process. Not considering again.
