Dear Student - thank you for providing feedback. I am very sorry you interpreted my tone as aggressive, rude, and condescending. That is quite disappointing to hear and the complete opposite of my personality or approach. I welcome you to contact me directly so we can further discuss. I take my role very seriously, am proud to represent Clearview Group, and make an effort to ensure a positive experience for all candidates. I begin working by 6:30 am daily, so I assure you I had not just woken up when we spoke. Asking clarifying questions to understand a candidate's responses is critical in determining if s/he is a fit for the position. Everyone's time is valuable and it's a shame you feel yours was wasted.
