Entrevista
Tough Interview however easier if preparation completed beforehand. Few technical questions on bonds, and overall real sense of expert knowledge from managers and team members. However, some individuals from recruitment team may come across petty and inappropriate.

Interview was not very difficult, easy for a CFA person basics about fixed income, derivatives, FSA. Not too deep but questions may arise from fundamentals

Pathetic Experience
First Round:
Technical interview at the Noida office. Feedback was shared the same day.
Second Round:
Another technical round with the Process Head the following day at the office. Feedback was again shared the same day.
Third Round:
HR interaction where I was only asked for a brief introduction, and the HR confirmed everything looked fine from their side.
Despite that, I received no update. I called the HR the next day and was informed that my application was “in process” and that I would receive the confirmation by the same day or the next. After four days of silence, I was finally told that the position had been closed.
After travelling twice to their office and waiting for a full week, this was the only communication provided—without any explanation. Even when I reached out to the India HR Manager, there was no response. Overall, highly unprofessional and no regard for a candidate’s time.

Entrevista
I had a chat with the recruiter and then two interviews with people from the team. It was generally quite relaxed. In the first interview I was asked to prepare by reading a case study and a document of terminology. Then in the interview they asked questions about it (slightly more simple/superficial than I was ready for, which was nice). I didn't have to get everything right and they did a good job of explaining anything I missed. They also asked the "typical" interview questions e.g. past experience, why I'd be good for the role, previous examples of leadership/teamwork/problem solving etc. The second interview was more of the general interview questions and was a little bit shorter, but was with a more senior team member.
