1. First round. Call with hr, she actually said it will be a casual call but it was a proper interview where she asked a few questions. She asked what is the difference between stocks and bonds. Asked to tell her about myself. 2. Second round. Interview with 3 members. 2 days before the interview they send you a very detailed email what their expectation is and what you need to know. They include white paper and you need to know it pretty well as they will start the interview by asking you the questions in it. The learning curve at Clearwater is very steep so they want to know that people are capable to learn a lot of material in a short period of time. After that there were a few questions about which bond does better (very basic). Also, there were a few questions like what challenges I faced. They asked again about the difference between a bond and a stock. They let me know pretty quickly that I got the job, on the same day.
